The app can't control my module, or it keeps going offline

Try these in order

1. Make sure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal. The module does not work on 5 GHz.
2. Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data on your phone is on and working.
3. Check the signal strength (RSSI) in the app. If it is very low, put a Wi-Fi extender near the module.
4. If the Wi-Fi coverage where the module sits is poor, it can drop on and off the app. A good wireless router helps.
5. On the 4 Switch, restart the network by turning wall switch 3 on and off five times within 20 seconds.
