Matter pairing fails

Try these in order

1. Check that the Matter QR code or setup code is correct.
2. Check that the switch has power and is ready to pair.
3. Matter and mesh cannot run together. Turn off mesh networking before you pair with Matter.
4. Check that your Matter app or hub supports the Matter version the switch uses.
5. Still failing? Factory reset the switch and try pairing again.
