My switch won't connect to Wi-Fi

Try these in order

1. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Check that the Wi-Fi name and password are correct.
3. Move closer to the Wi-Fi router while you set up the switch.
4. Restart your Wi-Fi router and try again.
