My appliance doesn't work on the plug

Try these in order

1. Check the wattage on the appliance's label. The plug takes up to 1000W.
2. Motors and other inductive loads must stay under 300W.
3. Make sure the plug is on in the iotics app, and the wall socket is switched on.
