The plug won't go into setup mode

Try these in order

1. A new plug starts in setup mode when you first switch it on. Make sure the wall socket is switched on.
2. Setting it up again? Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 20 seconds, until the LED starts toggling.
3. Keep your phone within 10 feet of the plug while you set it up.
