If your plug becomes defective because of a manufacturing defect within 3 years of purchase, iotics repairs or replaces it.

The warranty does not cover tampering, accidental, physical or water damage, or damage from high-voltage burnouts.

Use the plug only as described in its manual. To claim, contact iotics support.
