Warranty

If the controller becomes defective solely because of a manufacturing defect within 3 years of purchase, iotics replaces or repairs it.

The warranty is valid only if a qualified electrician installs and maintains it, and it is used as described in the manual. Tampering, improper installation, accidental, physical or water damage, and high voltage burnouts are not covered.
