My switch does not turn on

Try these in order

1. Check that the main power supply is on.
2. Check that the circuit breaker (MCB) or fuse has not tripped.
3. Ask your electrician to check that phase and neutral are connected correctly.
4. Ask your electrician to check that all wiring connections are tight.
