The touch panel does not respond

Try these in order

1. Check that Child Lock is off. You can turn it off in the app, or hold Button 2 on the remote for 10 seconds.
2. Check that the switch has power.
3. Restart the switch. Turn the main power off and on again, then try again.
4. Just fitted the glass? Turn the main power off and on again so the touch can adjust.
